Yes. Your Bomdia should be used within 90 days of opening. If unopened, Bomdia expires 2 years after the manufacturing date. You can find the expiration date listed on the packaging.
Sure! The only thing we advise against is mixing your Bomdia with hot or highly acidic liquids, as this could affect the integrity and efficacy of some of the ingredients.

All ingredients in Bomdia are non-GMO. Some of the phytonutrient ingredients in Bomdia are organic, but some of our ingredients are not classified as organic by nature, such as minerals. Others do not fall under organic or inorganic classification due to the growing or extraction process, including probiotics. In some cases, we have elected to use an ingredient from a non-organic supplier because we found it was higher quality, more consistent, and still passed the rigorous NSF Certified for Sport® and third-party testing standards, including being non-GMO. With over a decade in the industry and a focus on continuous improvement and testing, our experience shows us that organic isn’t always the best when it comes to some of our key ingredients. For these reasons, we cannot label the entire formula as organic. That said, every ingredient and every batch we make gets tested for ingredient quality, toxicity, and microbes.
